Set the multiplier values behind the Complexity and Customer Tier dropdowns.

Complexity Multipliers

Applied to all timed labour worksteps across the job. Simple = 1.00 (no uplift). Higher tiers add a percentage uplift to reflect additional handling, rework risk, and coordination time.

Customer Tier Multipliers

Applied to the decoration floor price to set the tier-adjusted recommended sell price. Values above 1.0 load the price upward; 1.0 = floor price with no adjustment.
